BETCO Vision

BETCO is committed to being a highly qualified pharmaceutical training and services center. This will be reflected through its well designed facility, its accessible and responsive training programs and the center contribution to pharmaceutical technology development through partnerships with the industry. The center will prepare professionals to be self-sufficient contributors to sustainable social and economic development of local communities, Saudi Arabia and the region.

BETCO will be recognized as a world-class training center. It will reflect quality and innovation in its programs, in its services to clients, and its response to current and future requirements of professionals, businesses, industry, Saudi Arabia and the region. The center role in human resource development will ensure that people are prepared to contribute to local economical issues and globalization.

BETCO Goals

The fulfillment of BETCO vision and mission requires the achievement of the following goals:

1. Providing standard training programs for technical personnel working in pharmaceutical, food, medical devices and biotechnology industries to improve their skills and understanding of industrial processes. These programs will be designed to cover technical needs related to manufacturing processes, utilities, packaging, maintenance, quality control, quality assurance, storage and distribution.
2. Providing standard training courses in occupational safety and health administration for technical and non-technical employees with different level of education and experience in healthcare centers (hospitals, polyclinics and clinics).
3. Special training programs on new technologies and their application in the industry.
4. Recognize and respect the value of employees and their contribution to quality programs and services through appropriate awards and recognition programs.
5. Ensure the continual improvement of instructional and administrative effectiveness by stimulating, encouraging and supporting ongoing professional development.
6. Develop and maintain a collaboration relationship with other training and educational centers to more effectively meet the needs of professional and industry through partnerships and credit transfer arrangement that will lead to additional training opportunity and more local and world-wide recognition.
